Our Story

2 or More Church was founded in 2007 in Sao Paulo Brazil with the desire to rescue the essence of the early church, the purity of the word of God, true communion and prayer.

The name came from Matthew 18:20 where Jesus says that wherever 2 or 3 are gathered in His name, there He would be present! It is the ministry of reconciliation that moves us to help people reconcile with God. The simple and powerful fact of knowing that every time we are together, God himself will be in our midst and when that happens, wonderful things happen!

In 2018 we launched 2 or More Church in the United States. We started meeting in the campus of Kansas Christian College and then went online during the pandemic.

2 or More is characterized by simplicity and community as the believers in the book of Acts. Our calling is to live with God according to His will and not according to the evangelical religious system.

We aim at the quality of the body and not the quantity, we believe that few men and women convinced of their calling, living in the truth and filled with the Holy Spirit can change the world much more than a crowd without identity.

Our vision is to become obedient followers of Jesus devoted to fellowship, prayer, and exponential growth.

We currently meet at The Light KC in Overland Park.
